  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Optional: flaky sea salt or cracked black pepper for topping

Instructions:
  1. Lightly toast baguette slices until golden and crisp. Let cool.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream or yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the dill mixture on each toast. Top with 1–2 cucumber slices.
  4. Sprinkle with extra dill and a pinch of flaky salt or cracked pepper, if desired. Serve immediately for best texture.

Tips:
  • Use English cucumbers for fewer seeds and a more refined look
  • Add smoked salmon or radish slices for variation
  • Great served chilled for outdoor gatherings
