These no-bake yogurt berry parfaits are the perfect summer dessert — cool, creamy, and layered with fresh seasonal berries and a light honey crunch. They take just minutes to assemble and are a healthier treat you can enjoy any day of the week.

Servings: Makes 4 parfaits
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla if preferred)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup granola or crushed graham crackers
- Optional: fresh mint for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth and slightly sweetened to taste.
- In 4 small glasses or jars, layer a spoonful of yogurt, then a handful of berries, followed by a spoonful of granola. Repeat layers until jars are filled.
