Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla, and salt until well combined. Gradually mix in melted chocolate mixture.
  3. Pour filling into the cooled crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are set but the center still slightly jiggles.
  4. Let the pie cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving.
