Ingredients:
Pretzel Crust:
Cream Cheese Filling:
Strawberry Gelatin Layer:

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust, sealing edges to prevent Jell-O from leaking. Chill while preparing the next layer.
  3. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Let cool slightly (about 10–15 minutes), then stir in sliced strawberries.
  4. Carefully pour Jell-O mixture over cream layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Tips:
  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture
  • Chill each layer thoroughly for clean cuts
  • Make a day ahead for easy serving at events
