Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (or 1 cup whipped topping for a sweeter version)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed or tidbit pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together sour cream (or whipped topping), mini marshmallows, oranges, pineapple, coconut, and cherries.
  2. Gently fold in chopped nuts if using.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  4. Spoon into bowls and serve cold. Garnish with extra cherries or coconut if desired.

Tips:
  • Pat fruit dry with paper towels to avoid watery salad.
  • Make it lighter with Greek yogurt or richer with whipped topping.
  • Best enjoyed the day it’s made, but will keep refrigerated for up to 2 days.
