Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (or 1 cup whipped topping for a sweeter version)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed or tidbit pineapple, drained

- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved and patted dry
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together sour cream (or whipped topping), mini marshmallows, oranges, pineapple, coconut, and cherries.
- Gently fold in chopped nuts if using.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
- Spoon into bowls and serve cold. Garnish with extra cherries or coconut if desired.
Tips:
- Pat fruit dry with paper towels to avoid watery salad.
- Make it lighter with Greek yogurt or richer with whipped topping.
- Best enjoyed the day it’s made, but will keep refrigerated for up to 2 days.
